Located on a small plot in the heart of a traditional quarter of villas, Villa S is distinguished by its concrete colour beige banner. The form, reminiscent of a folding carton, organises spaces, while the sand-colour, brings softness to the material. Fills between the slabs are made of glass for maximum transparency and lightness emphasizing the horizontal.

The three levels of housing are treated separately and by using different raw materials, specific atmospheres are created around the same theme of simplicity.

The villa is decorated with a landscape that highlights the contemporary character of the building.
