The plot of land located in District 5 in Ho Chi Minh City is developed with 3 towers of 33 floors. Each one has 2 cores with 1000 high-class apartments in total. The podium is the common part of those 3 towers which is used for facilities out-door swimming pool between two towers. The buildings has 3 communicated basements for parking.

The towers are designed with curves in order to maximize the view for apartments, especially towards the landscape of the main 55 floor tower, where there will be a 5 star hotel. This shape is created on the basis of Ying and Yang theory and also recalls the image of Saigon river with winding branches. Furthermore, the lissomness of the towers is increased by the sun protection system created by extending the slab of 1m to create a shade on the facade. The greenery will animate the facade and brings the building closer to the nature.
