The River Cliff development defines itself as a new landmark, linking the function of the city to the qualities of the waterfront. The sculptural massing takes it cue from cliff typology with vertical greenery and vast ascendency offering each tower transcending points of view both towards the city and the riverside, underlined by a composition of frames and fins on the façade

The playful skyline created of public and private terraces provides an enjoyable variation of heights offering harmonious declivities and summits of volumetric differentiation. By cascading the volumes of the roofing The River Cliffs becomes a new vibrant point of reference in the neighbourhood. From here 360-degree views are enjoyed across the city to the river connecting visually the built and natural conditions.

There is a strategic distribution of residential/luxury, office/serviced apartments and valuable programs optimising the site area which is located on a high visibility point directly linked to public transportation. The overall identity of the new complex is ensured by a homogeneous architectural language and strategy.
