‘Pizza in a Native Forest’ project is part of a unique series of exploration ‘Eat a Pizza in a Forest’ by G8A Architects for the well-known Pizza 4P’s group. The first proposal ‘Pizza in a Pine Forest’ completed by the end of 2021 in HCMC launched the idea of transplanting an organic and tactile environment into the consumerist and aseptic space of a shopping mall.

The discovery and surprise experience in this new Pizza 4P’s restaurant in HCMC is encouraged by the 3d immersion throughout crafted green trees profile. The non-repetitive trees pattern segments an open and endless layout.

Nooks and shared seating arrangement create an intimate sense of place while the different section-profiles of the trees bring the guest closer to an organic element.

The contrast between the aseptic interiority of a shopping environment and the textured exteriority of an organic world is re-enforced by a passage on a single line without a transition.
