Deep C is an industrial and business park situated in Hai Phong Industrial Zones. Typically, these areas are characterized by high levels of land occupancy, with generic developments, sprawling and generating overheat for the area. The masterplan erects buildings, access streets and buildings, wall to wall, creating conglomerates surrounded by continuous streets for loading and parking.

In the “Industrial Waves” project, G8A proposes to concentrate human activities fronting the street and opening them as much as possible to this new green spine created.

The perspective is broken by undulating the road and playing with building setbacks. It gives the opportunity to plant trees and reduce parking. All with the goal of making this access spine greener to cool down the area and improve the overall conditions of the people working there.
