Working closely with the Senior Accountant of G8A, providing support on daily accounting operations while handling HR and office administration tasks.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Accounting support

– Assist with daily accounting operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
– Prepare payment vouchers, coordinate payments, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
– Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
– Assist in preparing quarterly VAT declarations and other financial and tax reports as required.

• HR administration

– Manage employee attendance, time sheets, and leave records.
– Prepare and maintain employment contracts, including annual renewals and follow-ups.
– Support day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.

• IT and Office Administration

– Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment, software, and office supplies.
– Liaise with IT providers and assist with employee IT onboarding.
– Support general office administration and daily operations.

The ideal candidate for this role should:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

• 3 years minimum experience
• Excellent Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft.
