Your responsibilities will be:

• Collect bills & VAT invoices to check and make payments
• Prepare all payment vouchers and process payments on time
• Record all transactions to accounting books, process storage documents (include soft and hard copy)
• Reconcile bank books and bank statements monthly
• Handle and reconcile AR and AP for periodic reporting
• Prepare VAT reports quarterly and other reports as required
• Verify time-sheets and fill the HR recapitulation
• Assist the management with other HR and administration tasks

The ideal candidate for this role should:

• Have a Bachelor degree, major in accounting
• Have 1-3 years working experience
• Be fluent in English in both written and oral Vietnamese and English
• Be honest, hardworking and eager to learn
• Have excellent interpersonal skills such as communication, coordination
• Have PC proficient (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) – required, strong with Excel
• Have experience working for an architecture agency is a plus, but not a necessity

We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong Revit expertise to join our team and contribute to high-quality architectural projects.
The ideal candidate has hands-on professional experience using Revit on architectural projects (not just academic or theoretical knowledge) and is comfortable working within collaborative project environments.
