    G8A Hanoi office is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our administration department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the management team and assisting in the internal organization of our office.
    With a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in international offices, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a self-disciplined work ethic. Fluency in English is essential for this role, with proficiency in French being a valuable asset. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and be confident in their ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
    As the primary point of contact for our office, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating multi-tasks at the same time. They will also be expected to assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring that all internal processes are followed accurately.

  • Accountant – Full time

    Hanoi

    We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Accountant to join our team in Hanoi.
    This is a full-time position that will involve working closely with the board of directors to manage our accounting team and oversee financial activities.

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • To prepare accounting reports, tax reports and other internal reports;
    • To manage fixed assets and prepaid expenses;
    • To prepare reports to Authorities such as Ministry of Planning and Investment, General Statistics Office, Trade Union, etc.;
    • To involve in preparing and working with Tax Office (VAT refund, Tax Inspector…), Auditor;
    • To take care of Compulsory Insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment insurance) and Optional Health insurance for all staffs: new register, leave, salary increasing or decreasing, etc.;
    • To prepare and amend labor contracts;
    • To participate in making financial plans;
    • Other responsibilities related to Finance and Accounting works.

    The ideal candidate for this role should:

    • Have at least three years of experience in a similar position, including experience with accounting and office management;
    • Well understands Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Tax regulations (CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT) and able to use accounting software;
    • Be fluent in English in both written and oral Vietnamese and English, additional proficiency in French is considered an asset;
    • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with others;
    • PC proficient (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) – required, strong with Excel;
    • Experience working for an architecture agency is a plus, but not a necessity.

  • Communication Manager

    Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi

    Position for a Communication Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Your role is to support the Board of Directors by overseeing all aspects of the communication strategy of G8A.

    What you need:

    • Five years’ experience in a professional environment, preferrably in the design industry.
    • Excellent English writing skills. Basic French or Vietnamese verbal skills are an asset.
    • A strong understanding of the design and media industries.
    • Previous experience working with a complex data base.
    • Excellent abilities using online media platforms and social networks.
    • Capacity to multitask.
    • Experience in event management.

    You:

    • Are able to work independently as well as manage tasks with other team members.

  • Architect

    Hanoi

    Working closely with the project leaders of G8A. The Architect will ensure design production from concept stage, technical stage to completion, as well as coordination with consultants and contractors for an ongoing project in Vietnam and oversea.

    What you need:

    • Degree in Architecture.
    • 3-5 years minimum of experience in international corporate architecture offices.
    • Excellent Autocad skills.
    • Highly developed skills in building design technical detailing (façade detailing is a plus).
    • Experience on site supervision and coordination with other consultants.

    You:

    • Are pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a complex and international environment.
    • Speak fluently Vietnamese and English / French both oral and written.
    • Have full understanding and knowledge of Vietnamese and international construction standards and regulations.

  • Internship

    Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi - Singapore

    Position for an architect or architect student to work closely with the Senior Architect in charge of the development of international projects with various scales.
