G8A Development was initiated in 2016 between Singapore and Geneva by Thomas P. Jomini, Grégoire Du Pasquier and Manuel Der Hagopian. Through an integrated added value method, G8A Development associates urban planning and architectural design to real estate development in order to challenge its partners and clients’ expectations in the fields of real estate development and asset management.
